Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Pounds Stering.
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Domestic (UK)
Anything under the price of £700, there will be a one off £5 or £12 delivery charge on top of good (depends on the categories). If the purchase is higher than £700 then the delivery charge will be free.
Oversea
MORI Towel will contact you personally after the sales, if it is within EU the delivery charge should depends on the weight. A rough guide is about £35 on the delivery charge on top of the good. |

Returns Policy Refund / Return policy
Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven days of placing the order, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Customers canceling their orders will have their payment refunded in full - minus shipping costs - within seven days of the company's receipt of the returned goods.
The seven-day period allowed for returns is not intended to allow customers to 'trial' the product and all products returned to MORI Towel must be unused and in new condition in order for us to accept the return. Please contact MORI Towel to authorise a return and receive a return reference number before returning goods to us.
Returns of non-faulty goods are not normally entitled to a postage refund, so customers with any doubts over suitability of products are encouraged to contact Opening the Book in person before placing an order.
